We make every order customized and on demand for each customer, so unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on our products.This policy is also sustainable for the environment to prevent e-commerce landfill waste. Product returns generate substantial waste in landfills and returns cause harm to the environment through scrapped products, packaging waste, and shipping emissions. Thank you for understanding and making thoughtful and sustainable  purchase decisions.

I received a damaged, defective, poorly printed product or the wrong product, what should I do?

Damaged, poorly printed or incorrect items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Merchandise must be unworn, and tags attached. 

Please email us at support@sledgehousemedia.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Please note, this process can take 2 - 3 weeks to complete. 

EXCHANGES

What is your exchange policy?

We won’t be able to issue you an exchange for the order for a different size or color. Please review each product’s size guide to ensure you ordered the correct size and color. We make every product on demand, so unfortunately requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. If you would like a different size or different item, then you will have to place an entire new order on our website for your desired item(s) at your own expense. This policy is also sustainable for the environment to prevent e-commerce landfill waste. Thank you for understanding and making thoughtful and sustainable purchase decisions.
